Bronze - £35.00 per month
Covering all the key areas of your property that could generate problems, our Bronze package includes;
1 x Boiler Service (Annual)
1 x Property Safety checks. 20 item check Inc's - Fire Alarms, locks, plumbing and pipework
1 x Property maintenance Survey
9 x Hours Labour Planned Maintenance visits (materials not included)
5% discount on materials
Access to out-of-hours call out visit
Silver - £55 per month
Our Silver package includes our core Bronze package services, along with increased labour allocation and materials discounts.

1 x Property safety check. 20 item check - including fire alarms, locks, plumbing, and pipework
1 x Property maintenance survey
18 x Hours planned maintenance visits (materials not included)
8% Discount on materials

Gold - £75 per month
Our Gold package builds on our Silver and Bronze packages by increasing maintenance hours and discounts, as well as giving you peace of mind by covering emergency callouts.

1 x Property maintenance survey
27 x Hours planned maintenance visits (materials not included)
10% Discount on materials
3 x 1 hour out-of-hours call-out visits. Anytime over 1 hour will be charged at labour @ £46.87 per hour and materials required
Access to all services network
Platinum - £160 per month
Our top package – Platinum includes all our property maintenance services on a tailored basis, with our largest discount available.

12% Discount on all materials
6 hours of free call-out visits. Anything over an hour’s labour will be charged @ £46.87 per hour + materials used
Tailored maintenance schedule to suit your property needs - 36 hours of planned maintenance visits included per year. (Any hours over this time are chargeable at £46.87 per hour used.)
